Boutis album of an architect
Practice of the boutis consolidated my taste for these humble masterchief of provencal tradition which goes back to the XVIIe century.  Boutis has excited my imagination and my professional rigour: how to make current this tradition, not in his technic, but in his composition, his drawing and his use? Indeed, the light plays there in his volumes as on gypseries. Light  changes according to our own movement and makes it to us more sensitive. Translucidity of boutis gives an incredible working force. His touch surprises you: a firmness of texture in spite of the delicacy of the matter; flexibility of fabric - not to say softly - which is transformed into force, which is roughcast, is tightened, becomes volume and structure with the wire of work.
